Producing
I have the pleasure of working on two wonderful production teams at Windswept Workshops and Northfield Arts Forum (NAF). At both organisations, I am responsible for writing funding applications, managing teams of freelancers, co-designing projects and artwork with community members, and site managing events.

In 2024, I had the pleasure of producing Craftspace's Making for Climate Change project, engaging LGBTQIA+ young people with climate craftivism.
My most recent project at Windswept Workshops was Northfield Story Festival, an accessible and inclusive day festival funded by the National Lottery Awards for All. The project was an amalgamation of the work I have done as a producer at Windswept to build connections in the community and with local artists. The £10,000 project included a series of workshops with SEND adults and children to create a story installation; the launch of our Writing Community's second anthology; and an open mic featuring participants aged eight to eighty. At Windswept, I am also responsible for editing publications of community writing, keeping connected with many of our lovely industry contacts and making decisions about the organisation's future.
At NAF, I run social media, handle safeguarding concerns and programme artists for events. NAF Caf is our weekly food and arts service, which I support our artistic director in producing and which provides a hot meal and an artistic workshop for up to 60 people every Thursday. Over the past two years, I have site-managed NAF Caf on an ad-hoc basis in our director's absence; programmed artists; managed our budget; facilitated workshops; and I often do the washing up! My work at Northfield Arts Forum also includes managing social media, producing arts projects and events, and supporting in managing our community space.
I am always interested in new and exciting producing opportunities so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you fancy a chat!
